Do I have to register to place an order?

You do not have to register to shop online. You have the option to sign in as a Guest to bypass the registration feature. Please make sure you provide a valid email to track your order.

What is your Return Policy?

Returns will only be accepted with original tags and receipt of un-worn clothing. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee per item. Our clothes are non-stretchy and handmade. This is why we ask you at check out to confirm if you have seriously measured your body to match our ZG size chart before selecting that size. Any additional shipping payment will not be refunded. We stress you check our size, chart and measure yourself before placing an order.

Do you accept Exchange?

Yes, we can exchange for a size up or size down. Please call us immediately at, (708) 263-4266 during our customer service hours of 9am-8pm (EST), Monday-Sunday, or email us at zurikgirl@gmail.com

Can I still Exchange an item even if I do not have my invoice?

Yes. Please include the following information so we know which account to credit when processing your return. Jot it down on a piece of paper and include it in your return package.

We do recommend that you call us at (708)-263-4266 so that we can provide you with your order number to include with your return.

Can I still Exchange an item if the tags are not attached?

Yes, Please email us the reason and we will give you the steps for an exchange.

How can I find out the status of my Return or Exchange?

Generally, returns and exchanges take 7-10 business days to be processed. We do not know whether your package is received by our storage until it is processed. We recommend shipping your package with a tracking number in order to track its delivery date. Once your return/exchange is processed, you will be emailed a confirmation email.

How late can I return My package?

You have two(2) days after the day you recieved your ZG package. item must still be with tags, no wears no tears.

How do I cancel/ change my order or edit my address after my order has been placed?

The item that I bought is now on sale! Can I get a price adjustment?

What I want is SOLD OUT?

We are a unique independent boutique, everything is out-sourced, handmade and shipped from Lagos,Nigeria. Most likely we will always restock items that are listed on pre-order during the season of release.

Can I order if I am not located in the United States?

Yes Zurikgirl ships international.  Please contact us for a special invoice and rates at zurikgirl@gmail.com If you are not able to checkout.

How do I register for ZG wholesale?

Email us at zurikgirl@gmail.com, If qualified a form will be sent to you with complete information and access password to our wholesale catalog.

Why can't I add an item to my shopping cart?

This item is probably sold out and we are in the process of removing it from our site. We do not always receive restock, but we add new items seasonal so keep checking back for something similar. You can also sign up to receive email notifications for specific items that have been restocked.

I didn't receive an order confirmation or shipping confirmation email. What should I do?

We are sorry that you did not receive confirmation of your order. It's possible this could have gone to your bulk email folder, or we have an incorrect email address for you. Please contact us at (708) 263-4266 or zurikgirl@gmail.com with your order #, item name and size, we can verify your order was placed and resend you an email confirmation.

How can I check the status of my order?

Once your order is shipped, an order confirmation email will be sent to you included with your tracking number if applicable. Generally, Standard orders will ship out in 2-3 business days and Expedited orders will ship out the same day if placed by 11am (EST), Monday-Friday.

I placed my order on the weekend with Expedited shipping. Why hasn't it shipped out yet?

All orders received on weekends are processed the following business day, including Expedited orders.

If I pre-order how long does it take?

Our Pre-order varies depending on when listed minmum of 10 days maximum of 30 days. Most cases ship out month and date will be posted on particular item.

Will the item be the same when I pre-order?

On most occasions when you Pre-order any ZG style it will come in a NEW similar print, with the same color pallet. The style/design will always remain.

How can I return my order?

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, you may return unworn merchandise for an exchange or refund within *15 days of the ship date. (Returning package must be postmarked within 15 days of the ship date. Please return to
